Audio in Educational Multimedia

I used Podomatic to create a podcast. I found it a bit challenging as the Preview feature was not allowing me to hear what I had just recorded. I had to download the podcast in order to hear what I had posted.

Week 1 - Instructional Design

What is Instructional Design?

From the University of Houston, Professor Sara McNeil compiles a concise definition of Instructional Design:
Instructional Design is the systematic process of translating general principles of learning and instruction into plans for instructional materials and learning.
She has also compiled thoughts on Instructional Design as a Process, Discipline, Science and Reality. She includes definitions of Instructional System, Instructional Technology and Instructional Development.

Pedagogical ideals require Instructional Design principals that take into account the learner outcomes; including goals and objectives, consider the learner's own learning style and the method in which the teacher delivers it to the learners.
