I used Podomatic to create a podcast. I found it a bit challenging as the Preview feature was not allowing me to hear what I had just recorded. I had to download the podcast in order to hear what I had posted.
I do see the benefits of using audio in multimedia objects. I see if it is something that I created I would need to write a script and watch myself in using "ummms" and "ahhhs"

the podcast you have created has excellent sound quality and good effort on your recording. I totally agree with you that it makes a lot of difference in adding audio to the Learning Objects as it enhances the teaching & learning processes for the teachers & students.
I used Audacity to make my podcast it was very easy to use and free. You can cut, paste, preview and save to a number of formats. Give it a go!!
